Jean-Francois Meynard and Christelle Gauthier produce wine from three different Bordeaux appellations, all close to the Dordogne River; Côtes de Castillon, Saint Emilion and Entre-Deux-Mers. The most famous estate being Château L’Etoile de Clotte, a Saint Emilion Grand Cru. Both of their families have roots in the region extending back to the 19th century. Located in Saint Magne De Castillon, Château Du Vieux Montpezat is a small 10 hectare property operated on the principles of organic agriculture.

Chateau Les Chaumes is a 3.5 hectare estate in Bordeaux located between two of the best appellations; Siaurac and Moncets. It has been owned for many generations by the Vigier family. Château Les Chaumes creates great organic wine, well known all around the world. The vineyard's terroir is mostly composed of clay-limestone soils. The best reds of the Château Les Chaumes winery are matured for 12 to 18 months and develop spices and vanilla notes. The wines are fruity and pleasant, reflecting the unique characteristics of the terroir.

Chateau Le Vieux Serestin is a Cru Artisan from the Medoc region of Bordeaux. It was was one of the first properties to be classified when Cru Artisan was introduced. Cru Artisan sits just below Cru Bourgeois and gathers together 46 family-owned estates that are committed to quality wine production, with eco-friendly agriculture, traceability and many other strict conditions. The winery owner is responsible for their winemaking, bottling has to be done at the Chateau and the wine must be tasted every year by the Cru Astisan classification body.

This wine is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot. It is aged exclusively in 2nd year barrels for 12 months.

For over half a century Château Vieux Robin has been producing excellent wine. This family owned Cru Bourgeois winery is located in Begadan at the far north of the Médoc.

Owned by 5th Generation owners, Maryse and wine-maker Didier Robin, who learnt his trade at Château Clarke and is known as a skilled craftsperson.

Château Vieux Robin estate comprises of 18 hectares of vines planted predominantly with Cabernet Sauvignon, some Black Merlot and the remainder Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

Chateau Saint Julian is the second wine made by the winemakers who from the remarkable Chateau La Grangere in St. Emilion. This Ecocert certified organic wine is made from mostly Merlot grown on limestone slopes in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux with an average age of 30 years. All of the grapes are hand-harvested and aged in barrique, with about 30% new barrels. The owner of this estate also owns the prestigious Saint-Emilion Grand Cru – the Château La Grangère – and a Graves de Vayres – the Château Tillede.
