95/100 James Halliday (2011 vintage)
94/100 James Halliday (2013 vintage)
92/100 James Halliday (2015 vintage)
92/100 The Wine Front (2014 vintage)
The Winefront ~ "It’s grown on the Graveyard vineyard; it’s essentially a “declassified Graveyard Shiraz”. It sees all-French oak, of course."
The Winemaker ~ "Lifted red cherry aromas and earthy notes. The charry oak is part of the nose but in the background. Quite a rich, flavoursome palate of fine tannins and maraschino cherry notes, not unexpected as this wine is mostly from the 1968 old vines. Balanced and appealing for early to medium drinking."
