Chateau Roubine is owned by well-known Provencal Vigneron Valerie Rousselle and lies in the heart of the Var, in Cotes de Provence, between Verdon and the Mediterranean, where some of the most famous and highest-rated Rosés are produced. The land that Valerie bought in 1994 now extends to over 200 hectares, with 90 of them planted to thirteen different French varietals on chalky, clay-limestone soil. It is one of only fourteen wineries in the region with the “Cru Classe” designation, bestowed only on those whose wines are recognized at a higher level of quality. Surrounded by pines and oaks, the vineyards benefit greatly from natural drainage (Roubine means “brook” in the French Provencal dialect) and from the winery’s philosophy to forge an optimum association between the most advanced technology and the scrupulous application of the rules of sustainable agriculture.

This popular soft and elegant rosé is made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan. A salmon-hued wine, it is lightly aromatic with notes of honeysuckle and candied fruit. Fresh and dry on the palate, with rich notes of white plums, tangerines, apricots and a hint of grapefruit.

Château Sainte Béatrice is owned by renowned Provence winemaker, Valerie Rousselle who owns the largest winery in the Lourdes region of Provence. The type of winemaking adopted at Château Ste Béatrice is said to be "à la Gironde". This very slow process requires great attention and constant monitoring but allows their wine to reach the fullness of its taste and bouquet. Château Sainte Béatrice has some vines which are 60 years old; the average is 30. Located on hillsides in the Argens River, favoured by a southern exposure, these vineyards are able to take full advantage of the Provencal sun and good irrigation to produce fresh and aromatic Rosés that speak to the wineries motto of “quality and tradition".

They undergo slow fermentation at low temperature which allows the juice to fully impregnate the aromas contained in the grape pulp, without taking on too much color. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Counoise

This wine is produced by Debussy which has several estates in the Rhone Valley, Provence and other Mediterranean regions. Debussy estates produce wines that express the characters and typicity of each of the French terroir that the vineyards are located, creating wines reflective of the regions and their popular wine styles. The name Rameau d'Or means 'Golden Bough' and is based on a fantastical tale of enchantments, transformations and love. A magical golden bough from an enchanted garden was given to a prince, by an eagle, to awaken a sleeping princess. A bough is so powerful that a single leaf from it would make one rich, young and beautiful. Unfortunately, this prince was not the most handsome man in his kingdom. Choosing a full led soul over outer beauty, he and his newly awoken princess set about to transform the lives of those around them.

Winemaker, Jean Luc Zuger is the owner of a famuos Chateau in the Bordeaux appellation of Margaux. Together with Ferderic Salin; owner of the famous Bordeaux based négociant firm they bought and created Domaine de Tamary. Both share a passion for Provence rosé.

This is the result of that love, which saw them purchase the Domaine Tamary and look to seek-out its best possible incarnations. This wine pays respect to the steep slopes on which the Cinsault grapes are grown. These slopes, or "terrassess", provide vital exposure to the sunshine, protection from the strong mistral winds and resistance to disease that are key components to retaining the freshness and crisp balance in this wine.

The Guide Hachette des Vins - the bible of the French wine industry - gave Zuger’s 2007 Bordeaux its highest three-star rating, a score reserved for exceptional wines that are a perfect example of their appellation.
