Ken Gargett, The Wine Pilot "Fermented with funky native yeasts. In presenting this series, the winemakers are looking to organics, preservative-free, vegan, and sustainable farming wherever possible. This sparkler is called Pet-Nat, short for ‘pétillant naturel’, and is made from Pinot Gris. This is what gives it that orange-pink color. Soft and fizzy, this is redolent of raspberries, strawberries, and spices. Very much an upfront style, it does offer bright acidity." (2022 vintage)

Winemaker "This Pet-Nat is a low preservative natural wine, made from 100% Pinot Gris, which was fermented with native yeasts. On the palate, experience, bright and zesty flavours with a fruit-tingly punch. Stone fruit and zippy citrus usher in a flinty minerality and a fervent fizz."
