1 x Lavau Envyfol GSM 2019 - IGP, France

4.5 Stars, Jean Arnaud Wijnkoperij B.V

90/100 Natalie McLean (vintage 2013)

Bronze Medal International Wine Awards - Korea (vintage 2013)

EnvyFol's sibling, the Lavau EnvyFol 2014 Syrah won a silver medal at the Challenge International du Vin.

Natalie McLean ~ "Plush and smooth with soft, velvety tannins and a touch of earthy notes. Closes with a long, lingering, smoky finish. Food friendly and wonderfully versatile" (Vintage 2013)

Made by a multi-award winning wine-making family famous for their Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

This famous blend of red wine grapes from the Cotes du Rhone region in France is made from Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. This wine is a fantastic expression of GSM.

Originally from Bordeaux, the Lavau family has been involved with winemaking for generations, and have had vineyards ranging from Bordeaux to Tunisia. In 1964 they were seduced by the richness and quality of the Provencal soil, and settled down to make wine in the Rhone Valley.

1 x Mojo Moscato NV ~ South Australia, Australia

90/100 James Halliday (2016 vintage)

Winemaker "Fresh, flavoursome and fun with vibrant honeysuckle, peach and freshly picked strawberry on the nose and palate. The palate sweetness is perfect balanced by soft, refreshing acid and a gentle spritz. Drink now."

James Halliday "A creamy and fruity Moscato with a pink tint and flavours of lemonade, ginger and musk stick. It’s sweet and fruity." (2016 Vintage)

Marty O'Flaherty, Winemaker "I created this Moscato in the same manner as the genuine Piedmontese Moscato that I grew to appreciate whilst working in Italy. I sourced the best Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grapes I could find, harvested at the first sign of that distinctive floral musky punch. The fruit was handled as gently as possible as was the juice in order to retain as much aromatic fruit character as possible."

Mojo work with growers across South Australia to create a range of wines that capture the unique characteristics of each region and varietal. Free from the constraint of owning their own vineyards they believe they are able to make wines that each have their own unique story. Each harvest Mojo use the best grapes of the season in each region.

The Australian Wine "(Australai's N# 1 Wine Critic James) Halliday listed Willow Bridge among his ‘Dark Horse Wineries of 2013’ and then his ‘Best Wineries of 2014’. The estate has also won Most Successful Westen Australian Exhibitor at the Perth Wine Show three times!"

Halliday Australian Wine Companion "Willow Bridge Estate is family owned and operated by principals Jeff and Vicki Dewar, who bought the picturesque 180-hectare hillside property in 1996 after an exhaustive search of the state for the ideal vineyard site from which to realize their shared vision of producing world class wines which are both opulent and accessible. The estate is located in a hidden jewel of an area known as the Ferguson Valley (in Geograph Bay in Western Australia) which, at that time, was home to only a few small vineyards. Immediately planting 60 hectares of vines and then building a state of the art winery (the first winery in the area) in time for their first vintage in 2000, established Willow Bridge as the pioneering estate of the area and demonstrated the family’s confidence in the property and resolve to see their vision become reality."

Willow Bridge Estate continues to attract acclaim for the relatively newly established wine growing region of Geographe which is located adjacent to its more famous neighbour Margaret River, in Western Australia. Wine critcs have heralded the winery for producing quality, good value wines. Winemaking is by veteran Western Australian winemaker, Kim Horton.A gift box of fabulousness for the guy or girl who loves wine. A popular french red wine gift boxed with carafe vase, a collection of imported gourmet chocolate and a gift card personalised with your message.
