Republic of Wine Sauvignon Blanc 2019 ~ South Australia, Australia
The Winemaker ".... lifted elderflower, blackcurrant leaf, fresh pea and cut grass. Upfront tropical passionfruit and feijoa, complimented by hints of lime and green apple. The mid-palate has a pear-like freshness and juicy textural element that melds with the structural, zesty citrus acidity and leads to a lengthy, dry finish featuring traces of grapefruit."
