James Halliday "A creamy and fruity Moscato with a pink tint and flavours of lemonade, ginger and musk stick. It’s sweet and fruity." (2016 Vintage)

Marty O'Flaherty, Winemaker "I created this Moscato in the same manner as the genuine Piedmontese Moscato that I grew to appreciate whilst working in Italy.  I sourced the best Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grapes I could find, harvested at the first sign of that distinctive floral musky punch. The fruit was handled as gently as possible as was the juice in order to retain as much aromatic fruit character as possible."

Mojo work with growers across South Australia to create a range of wines that capture the unique characteristics of each region and varietal. Free from the constraint of owning their own vineyards they believe they are able to make wines that each have their own unique story. Each harvest Mojo use the best grapes of the season in each region.

1 x Zardetto Prosecco NV Extra Dry - Veneto, Italy

One of the world's finest, most widely available Proseccos made in the famous Veneto region of Italy.

The Winemaker "This fresh, lively wine is a blend of 95% Prosecco (Glera) and 5% Chardonnay. It exhibits notions of orange rind, brioche, and honeyed grapefruit. Light-bodied, effervescent, and with abundant but delicate flavor."

Zardetto winemakers first lead by the forefather of the estate, Bepi Zardetto have been making award winning wines for close to one hundred years, and Prosecco since the 1950s. The terrior of the Veneto region is famed for Prosecco production.

This provides protection which keeps its climate gentle and temperate. It is within this landscape between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene that the vineyard is located, contributing to the regions' fame as Italy's acclaimed exclusive region for Prosecco production.

Prosecco is a pale and light grape indigenous to northern Italy that makes one of the countries most popular sparkling wines. Most Prosecco is made in an extra extra dry, or off dry, style offering fruity aromas of confected pears and peaches. A small percentage are made in a dry Brut style offering bracing green apple and citrus fruit. Since the 2009 vintage the Prosecco zone in the Veneto region was elevated from DOC to DOCG status, joining the ranks with the likes of Barolo, Chianti and Brunello Di Montalcino. At the same time the grape was renamed from Prosecco to Glera. Now anything made outside of the region must be labeled Sparkling Glera, offering extra protection for the zone's 5,000 or so small producers.
