Wine & Spirits "Descombes was the first grower Georges Duboeuf worked with when he started his firm in 1968. This domaine is now run by Descombes’s daughter, Nicole Descombes Savoye, who produces this wine for Duboeuf from close to 30 acres with a southeast-facing exposition, the vines ranging in age from 50 to 100 years old. Made with destemmed grapes in a partial carbonic maceration, the wine is all raspberry, meadow flowers and iron-edged tannins. And it’s the tannins that last, detailed in their mineral expression, suiting the wine to long aging."

Nicole Descombes Savoye is known as “the Queen of Beaujolais”. Her family has been in the famous Morgon winemaking region since the French Revolution. Nicole’s father - the great and late Jean Ernst - which this wine is named after - is considered one of the great winemakers of the Morgon.

Les Vins Georges Duboeuf is one of the largest wine producers in France founded by the late Georges Duboeuf who was affectionately known as 'le roi du Beaujolais' (the King of Beaujolais) or sometimes pape du Beaujolais (Pope of Beaujolais). Sure, it was a very good year, but it has been handled deftly to capture all those essential goodies from a variety that sings from the Swan. Corymbia is a new winery launched by one of founding families of Western Australian wine. The Manns have grown grapes and made wine in the Swan Valley, Western Ausyralia's oldest wine growing region for over a century. Corymbia wines are critically acclaimed, organically-farmed, single-vineyard wines. Founder, Rob Mann is considered one of Australia's best contemporary winemakers. Wine Enthusiast "This wine has structure as well as vibrant black fruits. Its juicy, fruity character contrasts with the open, perfumed flavors."

Decanter "A balanced and complex palate combining a textured palate with lightness of fruit flavour. It has an amazing ability to taste deep and rich but be elegant, light and refreshing on the palate. Very impressive with supple black berry flavours alongside a minerality that comes through as wet stones, chalk and metal. It finishes on a slightly spiced mint note. Again, like La Rochelle, you can really taste terroir - grapes come from a single-vineyard plot located above the windmill at the top of the appellation with eastern exposure sitting in a wind tunnel that affects their maturation and concentration. Soils are sandy granite with an underlayer of clay."

Winemaker, Jean Luc Zuger is the owner of a famuos Chateau in the Bordeaux appellation of Margaux. Together with Ferderic Salin; owner of the famous Bordeaux based négociant firm they bought and created Domaine de Tamary. Both share a passion for Provence rosé.

This is the result of that love, which saw them purchase the Domaine Tamary and look to seek-out its best possible incarnations. This wine pays respect to the steep slopes on which the Cinsault grapes are grown. These slopes, or "terrassess", provide vital exposure to the sunshine, protection from the strong mistral winds and resistance to disease that are key components to retaining the freshness and crisp balance in this wine.

The Guide Hachette des Vins - the bible of the French wine industry - gave Zuger’s 2007 Bordeaux its highest three-star rating, a score reserved for exceptional wines that are a perfect example of their appellation.

Cotes de Provence is the largest appellation of the famous wine region of Provence. It covers roughly 50,000 acres (20,250ha) of vineyards, which produce the vast majority of Provence's Rosé wine.

Although it also covers red and white wine, about 85% of Cotes de Provence's wine is Rosé, made predominantly from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsaut and the quintessentially Provencal grape Tibouren.

Wine Enthusiast "This wine has structure as well as vibrant black fruits. Its juicy, fruity character contrasts with the open, perfumed flavors."

Decanter "A balanced and complex palate combining a textured palate with lightness of fruit flavour. It has an amazing ability to taste deep and rich but be elegant, light and refreshing on the palate. Very impressive with supple black berry flavours alongside a minerality that comes through as wet stones, chalk and metal. It finishes on a slightly spiced mint note. Again, like La Rochelle, you can really taste terroir - grapes come from a single-vineyard plot located above the windmill at the top of the appellation with eastern exposure sitting in a wind tunnel that affects their maturation and concentration. Soils are sandy granite with an underlayer of clay."

Domaine du Pourpre is a family-run estate in the commune of Chénas. The Meziat family has been running it for 5 generations. Vines are more than 50 years old.

This wine is produced by Les Vins Georges Duboeuf which is one of the largest wine producers in France founded by the late Georges Duboeuf who was affectionately known as 'le roi du Beaujolais' (the king of Beaujolais) or sometimes pape du Beaujolais (Pope of Beaujolais). Les Vins Georges Duboeuf produces a staggering 3 million cases of wine annually. The company is most well-known for its popularization and production of Beaujolais wines. In 2018 Georges’ passed control of his company to his son Franck Duboeuf, who is considered to be one of the key specialists in Beaujolais, its terroir and its wine, and has shifted production to focus more on Beaujolais Nouveau.

Moulin-à-Vent is situated in the north of the Beaujolais region in France. It is one of the most famous crus and named after the local windmill – the literal translation of the name. It is a historic appellation with a vine-growing history dating back hundreds of years. It was officially granted appellation status in 1936 – one of the first in the country.

Crozes-Hermitage is an appellation of the northern Rhone valley in France. It covers a relatively large area on the eastern bank of the Rhone river, to the north and south of Tain L'Hermitage town. In 2011 almost 70,000 hl of wine were produced and sold under the Crozes-Hermitage title – more than the other seven northern Rhone appellations combined. The vast majority (around 90 percent) of Crozes-Hermitage wines are red, and made predominantly from Syrah (Shiraz).

Winemaker, Jean Luc Zuger is the owner of a famuos Chateau in the Bordeaux appellation of Margaux. Together with Ferderic Salin; owner of the famous Bordeaux based négociant firm they bought and created Domaine de Tamary. Both share a passion for Provence rosé.

This is the result of that love, which saw them purchase the Domaine Tamary and look to seek-out its best possible incarnations. This wine pays respect to the steep slopes on which the Cinsault grapes are grown. These slopes, or "terrassess", provide vital exposure to the sunshine, protection from the strong mistral winds and resistance to disease that are key components to retaining the freshness and crisp balance in this wine.

The Guide Hachette des Vins - the bible of the French wine industry - gave Zuger’s 2007 Bordeaux its highest three-star rating, a score reserved for exceptional wines that are a perfect example of their appellation.

Cotes de Provence is the largest appellation of the famous wine region of Provence. It covers roughly 50,000 acres (20,250ha) of vineyards, which produce the vast majority of Provence's Rosé wine.

Although it also covers red and white wine, about 85% of Cotes de Provence's wine is Rosé, made predominantly from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsaut and the quintessentially Provencal grape Tibouren.
