This is an Organic Champagne from Trigny, France, known for its freshness, tension, and rich fruit/toasty notes (pear, peach, honey) from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, featuring a very low sugar level (Extra Brut/Brut Nature, zero g/l dosage) for balance, offering vibrant character ideal for aperitifs or with seafood.
