How much is delivery?

Our delivery is FREE for any quantity. There is no minimum spend. We offer Singapore's fastest, free wine delivery, 7 days a week, everyday of the year. 

Can my wine be delivered the same day I order it?

Yes. Get your order in before 5pm and we'll deliver same-day.

When can my wine be delivered?

Between 10am - 1pm. Get your order in before 9am for same-day. Please note we don't offer 6-10pm delivery on Sundays or public holidays.

Between 2-6pm. Get your order in before 1pm for same-day

Between 6-10pm. Get your order in before 5pm for same-day.

You can choose any day of the year for your wine to be delivered. 

Can I collect my wine?

Yes, we offer collection Monday - Friday from 10am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm, Sundays and Public Holidays 10am-2pm. You can select this option at checkout. Our collection address is Pop Up Wine HQ. Blk 1001, Jalan Bukit Merah, #04-19/20, Singapore 159455. Please give us half an hour after receiving your order, to pack your order so its ready and waiting for you. You'll receive the collection address details in your order confirmation. 

Returns and Refunds

We only sell the wines we like and drink ourselves and our customers usually love them too. But hey if you made an order by mistake, ordered the wrong wine, changed your mind, or the wine is faulty, we're here to help. 

I want to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order please let us know via email, phone or live chat (email Sam@PopUpWine.com.sgcall +65 9831 1037). If you cancel your order before the cut off for delivery, we will refund your order minus a cancellation fee of $10. If your order has already been dispatched for delivery a cancellation fee of $15 will apply.

I've ordered the wrong wine?

Just email Sam@PopUpWine.com.sg, call +65 9831 1037 or LiveChat before delivery, so your order can be altered. Exchanges are only available before delivery.

If you find your wine is faulty in any way, as long you advise us within 14 days of your order being delivered, we will collect it at no cost and exchange it for the same or a similar wine of your choice of the same price, or give you a full refund including your shipping; you choose.

 

 

How do I pay?

We offer payment by Paypal, PayNow all credit cards; Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Companies may pay by bank transfer.

How do I find the wine I’m after? 

Use the drop down menus, or the search bar - top right.

How do I change the amount of wine?

Click on the quantity drop down menu in the cart page. 

How do I find out more about each wine?

Click on its picture and you’ll arrive at a page providing more information about the wine.

I’ve made an order, now what?

You’ll automatically receive an email receipt, and soon afterwards a delivery or collection confirmation.

I don't know what wine to choose?

LiveChat with us, call us, or email. We're happy to help you decide. Our customer service operates between 9am-10pm every day.

Can I reorder a previous order?

Yes. To reorder a previous order simply log in to your account and click the icon next to the order you would like to re-purchase. You will have the option to change quantities and add other products to your cart before you checkout. Please note you must have an account and be logged in to use this function!

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes. We offer Gift Certificates in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts. Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from purchase.
