On the palate, cool and poised yet generous and mouth-filling; a mash of wild blackberry, salted plum and blueberry fruits which provides a touch of mid palate sweetness and refreshing minerality. The finish is fresh and precise, with vibrant acidity, clovey spice and finely etched graphite like tannins."
