This captivating white wine is a blend of 93% Rolle and 7% Sauvignon Blanc, reflecting the estate's commitment to producing wines of character and complexity. With an alcohol content of 14%, it strikes a harmonious balance between freshness and depth.

The grapes are meticulously hand-picked, with some parcels harvested in multiple passes to ensure optimal ripeness. Manual harvesting and sorting take place both in the vineyard and at the winery. Fermentation and aging are carried out in 500L French oak barrels, utilizing a portion of new oak. The wine is aged for 6 months on fine lees, enhancing its complexity and texture.
