Here we have a crowdpleaser that is deeply coloured, bold, juicy and delivers lashings of tarry, blackberry fruits with some spicy oak. It is then quite dry on the palate with layers of sweet fruit that fill the plump palate which has a lingering finish. There is also a nice touch of Barossan baked earth fruit complexity that makes it almost impossible to stop after a single glass." (2018 vintage)

The Limestone Coast is a renowned wine region located in the southeastern part of South Australia, Australia. It is named after the unique limestone soils that characterize the area and contribute to the distinctive terroir of the region. The Limestone Coast is known for producing high-quality wines, particularly reds and whites, and it's divided into several subregions, each with its own microclimate and specialties.

Shiraz is the name given to the dark-skinned Syrah grape when grown in Australia and selected pockets of the New World. Though genetically identical, the stylistic differences between Shiraz and Syrah are usually pronounced.

Shiraz is so important to Australian viticulture that it is the most planted grape variety in the majority of Australian vineyards and has become virtually synonymous with the country's wine regions, and in particular the Barossa Valley.

Marty O'Flaherty, Winemaker "I created this Moscato in the same manner as the genuine Piedmontese Moscato that I grew to appreciate whilst working in Italy.  I sourced the best Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grapes I could find, harvested at the first sign of that distinctive floral musky punch. The fruit was handled as gently as possible as was the juice in order to retain as much aromatic fruit character as possible."

Low-alcohol pink Moscato is a sweet, slightly bubbly wine, with peach and orange characteristics. Moscato wine is famous for its sweet flavours. The word Moscato is Italian name for one of the oldest wine grapes in the world Muscat Blanc. Moscato are light-bodied wines with tropical fruit flavours, light bubbles and low alcohol. Perfect on its own or paired with Asian food, fish, pork and chicken.

Angus Hughson, Wine Pilot "McLaren Vale is best known as the promised land for Shiraz and Grenache, but its warm climate can also turn out some cracking Cabernet Sauvignon that is full of flavour. This example is deeply coloured and instantly appeals with its lush and generous cassis and mulberry fruits with a slight leafy edge and touch of spicy oak. It’s plush and rich, almost explosive, but also has some good acidity and tannins for structure. Real Cabernet that is great drinking over the next five years." (2018 vintage)

Weighty and dense on entry, lashings of black fruit that is held in check by equally powerful, if a touch granular tannins. Good length and bone dry to the end. A big bang for buck wine here." Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most famous red wine grape variety on Earth. It is rivaled in this regard only by its Bordeaux stablemate Merlot, and its opposite number in Burgundy, Pinot Noir. From its origins in Bordeaux, Cabernet has successfully spread to almost every winegrowing country in the world.
