1 x Chapman Grove Lone Quince Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2017 ~ Margaret River, Western Australia
90/100 James Halliday Bronze, Sydney Wine Show 2018
James Halliday "A 72/28% blend fermented in stainless steel. Lively and zesty, green pea, grass, citrus, and lemon don't give tropical fruits much chance to be heard, and the wine didn't need it anyway in its role as a thirst quencher. Value+."
Chapman Grove Wines is a small winery focussed on making limited edition fine wines from Margaret River, Western Australia. Described by Australia's N#1 wine critic, James Halliday as "a very successful venture", the winery is known for its highly rated wines and was established in 2005 by an esteemed veteran of the industry, Ron Fraser. Pop Up Wine has secured back vintages of a collection of its highly rated wines.
1 x In Dreams Pinot Noir 2020 - Yarra Valley, Australia
93/100 The Wine Front (2017 vintage) Silver - Royal Queensland Wine Show (2015 vintage) James Halliday Five Star Rating
The Winemaker "On the nose there’s plums, wild strawberry, bramble bush and a hint of graphite from the whole bunch - all with an underlying character of freshly turned earth. Good concentration on the front palate, with focused drive through to the finish; the stalk influence knits the palate into a silky, seamless journey. Flavours of wild raspberry and a lick of sweet flinty oak."
In Dreams have won medals for both their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In Dreams source their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from three low yieldings, premium quality vineyards. The vineyards are predominantly from the upper Yarra Valley due to the cooler microclimate that helps them capture the elegance and finesse of this noble variety.
In Dreams are focused on allowing the vineyards to express themselves in the resulting wines using traditional winemaking techniques such as small-batch fermentation, wild yeast and the delicate use of French oak.
1 x Willow Bridge Coat of Arms Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 - Geographe, Western Australia
94/100 Steven Creber, Halliday Wine Companion Bronze - Geographe Wine Show Bronze - Wine Show of Western Australia
Fine Wine Club (Australia) - Silver Medal "I like this wine for the way it balances ripe fruit with savoury, almost earthy characters. A dense wine that will be well suited to a hearty meal in the cooler months, or with a decent steak off the grill." (2013 vintage)
Willow Bridge Estate continues to attract acclaim for the relatively newly established wine growing region of Geographe which is located adjacent to its more famous neighbour, Margaret River, in Western Australia. Wine critcs have heralded the winery for producing quality, good value wines. Winemaking is by veteran Western Australian winemaker, Kim Horton.
1 x In Dreams Chardonnay 2020 ~ Yarra Valley, Australia
Silver 93/100 Campbell Mattinson (2016 vintage) Handcrafted, micro-winery (2016 vintage) James Halliday Five Star Rating
Campbell Mattinson "Lots going on and the volume to carry it. Wood smoke, preserved lemons, nougat, and roasted nuts, a gun smoke character too. Pears, tinned. Oatmeal. It's lively, expressive and textural, the finish satisfying. Nothing at all wimpy; it's a mouthful of flavour."

1 x Patrick of Coonawarra Estate Shiraz 2015 ~ Coonawarra, South Australia
93/100 - The Real Review BRONZE - Melbourne International Wine Show (2013 vintage)
The Real Review "Deep garnet-red colour with crimson edges. Classic, still fresh Coonawarra notes of tobacco leaf, roasted nuts (oak), soy and spiced blackcurrants. The soft whisper of bottle-age complexity. Fruit is pristine and showing secondary charms. Oak-derived vanilla and nuts just blurring it a little. Sensational value for a wine of this age and quality"
Patrick's of Coonawarra was founded by Patrick Tocaciu; one of Australia's leading wine (and AFL football) figures. Patrick's reputation for producing exceptional wine earned him many international accolades for the major labels he worked as Chief Winemaker, including; Tollana, Penfolds, and Hollick Wines. The wines are built on the solid foundation of extensive estate vineyards: 36 hectares in Coonawarra and 42 hectares in Wrattonbully. The Wrattonbully plantings contain shiraz, sauvignon blanc, and some of the riesling. All of the cabernets are grown in Coonawarra.
