1 x Ata Rangi Crimson Pinot Noir (Organic) 2024~ Martinborough, New Zealand

New Zealand Martinborough Pinot Noir at its most delicate and expressive, this organic release earned 91/100 from wine critic, Stephen Wong of The Real Review. Earlier vintages have also received 94/100 from Cameron Douglas MS and Bob Campbell, alongside Bronze recognition from Wine Enthusiast and CellarTracker.

Wild berries, rosehip and floral notes lead into a finely detailed palate of red cherry, plum, savoury spice and gentle earth. The wine's style is light on its feet yet beautifully textured, with bright freshness and fine, silky tannins.

Ata Rangi means “dawn sky” or “new beginning”. Founded by Clive Paton in 1980, this family-run Martinborough wine estate is one of New Zealand’s best-known Pinot Noir producers. Crimson is made from organically grown vines and supports Project Crimson, which works to protect native pōhutukawa and rātā trees.

1 x Georges Duboeuf Cuvée Prestige Saint-Véran (Blanc) 2022 - Burgundy, France

White Burgundy with lovely richness and poise, this Chardonnay combines fresh citrus and white flowers with pear, white peach, honey, vanilla and mineral notes. The cuvée’s earlier 2015 release earned Gold at the Wine & Barrel – Alliances du Monde International Competition.

The French winemaker describes a beautifully aromatic white wine with generous texture, fine balance and a lingering finish. Its elegant fruit and rounded palate make it a natural match for seafood, grilled fish, roast poultry, creamy dishes or fresh goat’s cheese.

Produced by France's famous, family owned Les Vins Georges Duboeuf, the wine comes from Saint-Véran in the Mâconnais, southern Burgundy. Georges Duboeuf was affectionately known as “the King of Beaujolais”, and his family continues to share expressive wines from across Burgundy and Beaujolais.

1 x Domaine de Grand Croix Brouilly 2022 - Burgundy, France

Beaujolais charm shines through in this vibrant Gamay, with strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and orange creating a bright, generous profile. The estate’s recent releases include 91/100 from James Suckling for the 2023 vintage, together with Bronze recognition from Wine Enthusiast.

Smooth red-fruit flavours, creamy tannins and a juicy finish make this Brouilly wonderfully easy to enjoy. Its fresh, expressive style pairs beautifully with roast chicken, charcuterie, grilled sausages, pork, mushroom dishes, pizza or lightly chilled summer lunches.

The estate’s 60-year-old vines are densely planted and traditionally goblet-pruned. Harvesting is carried out manually in whole bunches, with the wine held in stainless-steel vats to preserve its vibrant fruit and regional character. Since 1989, the harvest has been purchased by Les Vins Georges Duboeuf, with the estate now operated by Gilles Vincent and his son Stéphane.

1 x Amisfield Pinot Gris 2023 ~ Central Otago, New Zealand

Green apple, lemon, lime leaf, jasmine and gentle mineral notes bring freshness and energy to the palate. Light, crisp and mouth-watering, the white wine is an excellent choice for prawns, oysters, fresh fish, salads, sushi, light pasta or relaxed summer entertaining.

Established in 1984, Pikes is a respected family winery in South Australia’s Clare Valley, with wine and viticultural roots dating back to 1886.
