Three grapes. New perspectives. Bring Singapore wine education to life as you taste and learn.

1 x McHenry Hohnen Hazels Vineyard Zinfandel 2021 ~ Margaret River, Western Australia

Renowned for its balance and vineyard character, this 2021 Margaret River Zinfandel earned 91/100 from The Real Review. Earlier releases achieved 95/100 from Halliday Wine Companion and The Wine Front, while McHenry Hohnen was named Australian Winery of the Year by Halliday Wine Companion in 2022 and 2023.

Ripe berry, raspberry, blackberry, dark chocolate, exotic spice, liquorice and star anise create a rich, layered profile. The palate is generous and beautifully textured, with vibrant fruit, savoury depth and a long, polished finish.

McHenry Hohnen is a respected Margaret River producer focused on expressive vineyard sites and carefully crafted wines. Hazels Vineyard gives this Zinfandel its distinctive depth and personality. Enjoy it with barbecue, slow-cooked beef, roast lamb, smoky dishes or rich mushroom pasta.

1 x Gran Tomero Single Vineyard Malbec 2022 ~ Mendoza, Argentina

This single-vineyard Mendoza Malbec red wine from Argentia, is expressive and rated an impressive 90/100 by Wine Enthusiast and awarded Silver at the Decanter World Wine Awards. Earlier releases of this red wine also earned Gold from Vinus and Bronze at the International Wine & Spirit Competition for the 2021 vintage.

Blackberry, rich red fruit, peppercorn, herbs and warm spice create an inviting, layered profile. Aged for 12 months in oak, the Argentinian wine has a rounded, generous palate with satisfying depth and structure, balanced by fresh fruit character.

Gran Tomero is the single-vineyard wine collection of Bodega Vistalba, made from grapes grown at Finca Tomero in Los Árboles, Tunuyán. The wines are crafted to express the distinct identity of this vineyard. High-altitude Uco Valley conditions, with abundant sunshine, cool nights and varied alluvial soils, help give the Malbec its concentration, structure and freshness. Enjoy it with grilled steak, roast lamb, empanadas or aged cheese.

1 x Corymbia Chenin Blanc 2024 - Swan Valley, Australia

Distinctive and beautifully textured, this organic 2024 Swan Valley Chenin Blanc earned 93/100 from Erin Larkin of Wine Advocate. Previous vintages have also received 95/100 from Erin Larkin, 94/100 from Gary Walsh and 92/100 from James Suckling.

Fresh citrus, green apple, pear, white flowers, preserved lemon, lemongrass and subtle beeswax create an expressive profile. Its saline freshness, chalky texture and elegant finish make it a refined choice for seafood, prawns, grilled fish, fresh salads or goat’s cheese.

Made by Rob and Genevieve Mann, Corymbia is one of Western Australia’s most distinctive organic wine projects. The family’s dry-grown Swan Valley vineyard and restrained winemaking style allow the Chenin Blanc to express the warmth, heritage and unique character of the region.
